Description

Come and enjoy a spectacular experience above Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon and admire the natural beauty and impressive geography of this region.

An artificial lake, Lac de Sainte-Croix created by the construction of the Sainte-Croix dam, retains the crystal clear waters of the striking blue Verdon and is a magnificent contrast to the surrounding cliffs and forests.

Nicknamed the "Grand Canyon du Verdon", the Gorges du Verdon are among the largest and deepest gorges in Europe. The steep limestone cliffs and turquoise waters of the Verdon River create a breathtaking landscape. From the air, you can better appreciate the magnitude of these spectacular geological formations.

The helicopter flight allows you to admire the panorama from a unique angle. You will enjoy the winding curves of the Verdon River, rock formations, deep gorges, perched villages and lush vegetation that surround the area.

Starting from the aerodrome of Aix-les-Milles, the circuit will take you over the Bimont dam at the foot of Sainte Victoire, Lake Peyrolles, and for the lucky ones in June and July, hectares of lavender fields in full bloom!

Return by Manosque, the reliefs of the Luberon and the many high perched villages of our beautiful Provence.
